To place an order you must browse through our website and chose whatever product you might like and the size or variable if needed. You do not necessarily have to create an account or sign up to our Newsletter, but it’s advisable that you do in order to benefit from future sales or exclusive collections or events.
Add your chosen product to your cart and after you’ve completed your order click on Proceed to Checkout. Select your payment method, add your delivery and payment details making sure it’s all correct and finalize by clicking Buy now.
Once you’ve received your confirmation email, your order will be dispatched in the following 48 hours and you will get another notification.
Items purchased from our website may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date and are accompanied by your invoice and a warranty certificate.
Custom made items, sale items or damaged/altered items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Any objects subject of return need to be in an unused condition, with all original packaging. We only accept returns from purchases made through our own website.
Prior to shipping a return package you must email us at ask@humanapj.com to ask for a return authorization. Please mention your order number and the name of the item you would like to exchange or refund and your reason. Once you have received a confirmation from us, please send the package to the address below. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, and the package must be received by us within time frame to be accepted. Please ensure that you use a courier or a registered service to send back goods and we suggest that you insure the goods as they are within your care and you are liable for any damages to them while in transit back to us. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of return, such as your postal receipt. Return items sent without our consent will not be accepted. HUMANAPJ will contact you within 5 working days after receiving the returned goods. A refund (less shipping costs) will be issued after the received items are checked for a quality control. The refund payment will take between 1 to 30 days to reach your bank account. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Once your order has been confirmed you can’t make any further changes on it or cancel it. If you would like to add more products, a new order must be placed. In case you want to return the item(s) you must check our Return policy.

On different occasions we will release coupon codes with different discounts for our products. In order to receive them you need to subscribe to our Newsletter. Apply your code after you’ve completed your cart in the Coupon section. Double check to see if the promotion is still available.
Measure the size of a ring that fits you. Make sure it has a similar width with the one you wish to buy. A wider ring might need to be one size bigger than a thinner one. Place the ring on a ruler and measure the internal diameter in millimeters. Convert the size from our Ring Size Chart to find yours.

Yes, each HUMAN APJ piece comes with a warranty certificate which gives you the possibility to change or repair it free of charge within 24 months from purchase if there are any manufacturing defects. HUMAN APJ’s warranty certificate assures costumers rights according to law no.449/2003 regarding selling products and insuring them according to OG no. 21/1992 for customers rights. Any other damage resulted from not following our care instructions (improper use, normal signs of aging, broken chain, faded gold plating) will not be covered by HUMAN APJ.
All HUMAN APJ pieces are handcrafted in sterling silver in our own studio. Silver is a soft metal which deteriorates easily. Silver products naturally tarnish when in contact with skin, oxygen, beauty products and other factors. In order to prevent that we suggest keeping it in a dry, dark place, preferably air tight plastic bag. Use a jewellery polishing cloth to clean the piece. Remove your jewellery while swimming, showering, exercising or sleeping for better care.
Gold plated jewellery applies by the same care instructions, being even more susceptible to damage. In order to prolongue the life of your plated jewellery, attention must be paid to exposure to chemicals and acidic substances and has to be handled with care. Wash plated jewellery with warm water and a bit of mild soap if necessary, using very gentle rubs. In case of wearing off we offer the service of re-plating.
