COMANDA
Pentru a plasa o comanda pe site adaugati in Cart produsul/produsele alese de dvs. Nu este necesar sa va creati un cont pentru a efectua o comanda, va sugeram in schimb sa o faceti sau sa va abonati la Newsletter pentru a beneficia de viitoare oferte si noutati.
Dupa ce ati adaugat produsele dorite in Cart apasati pe Proceed to checkout. Alegeti metoda de plata, introduceti datele pentru livrare si ulterior pentru plata. Aveti grija sa introduceti datele corecte, apoi apasati Buy now.
Odata ce veti primi un email de confirmare a comenzii, aceasta va fi livrata catre dvs. in urmatoarele 72 de ore, urmand sa fiti notificati inca o data printr-un nou email.

CODURI DE REDUCERE
Codul de reducere este un cod formate din numere si/sau cifre. In diferite ocazii HUMAN APJ va lansa diferite coduri de reducere pentru a obtine diferite discounturi la produsele de pe siteul nostrum. Pentru a intra in posesia unui cod de reduceri trebuie sa va abonati la Newsletter-ul nostru. Verificati daca oferta prin care ati primit codul este inca valabila in cazul in care reducerea nu se aplica in Cart.

COMENZI CUSTOMIZATE
Pentru comenzi customizate va rugam sa trimiteti un email la ask@humanapj.com cu informatii referitoare la produsul dorit si vom reveni in scurt timp cu mai multe informatii. HUMAN APJ nu accepta comenzi care presupun copierea unor modele ce apartin altor branduri sau designer.
SERVICII DE GRAVARE
Daca doriti sa gravati un mesaj pe o bijuterie va rugam sa ne contactati la ask@humanapj.com. Pretul pentru acest serviciu variaza in functie de mesajul ales. Piesele gravate isi vor pierde dreptul de a fi returnate sau schimbate conform politei noastre. Pentru mai multe informatii mergeti la Politica de Retur.
TRANSPORT SI LIVRARE
HUMAN APJ va va expedia comanda in termen de 72 de ore de la primirea detaliilor de plata – exceptie facand weekendurile si sarbatorile legale. Acest lucru se datoreaza procedurilor de aprobare si verificare a platii si disponibilitatii stocului. Daca un anumit produs nu este in stoc, este posibil sa il putem realiza exclusiv pentru dvs. Va rugam sa ne contactati pe ask@humanapj.com pentru mai multe informatii.
Transport intern
HUMAN APJ ofera livrare standard gratuita la toate comenzile de peste 300 RON in Romania, livrate de Urgent Cargus, in 2-5 zile. Cu toate acestea, comenzilor sub aceasta suma li se va percepe o taxa de expediere de 18 RON la finalizarea comenzii.

Expedierea dureaza intre 2 si 5 zile in Europa si pana la 12 zile in restul lumii, in functie de tara. Pachetul va fi adus la usa dvs. Doar in cazul in care curierul nu va gaseste la adresa indicata, veti primi o notificare si va trebui sa ridicati coletul de la punctul de ridicare colete.
Fiecare achizitie este asigurata de HUMAN APJ in timpul tranzitului, de la momentul in care paraseste sediul nostru si pana cand ajunge la destinatie.
Va rugam sa retineti ca expedierile catre zonele rurale pot duce la termene de livrare mai mari.
Taxe si impozite
In cazul tarilor non UE se vor aplica taxe vamale si impozite corespunzatoare politicii fiscale a fiecarei tari in parte. Clientii sunt responsabili pentru orice costuri suplimentare.

- Card
Platile pot fi efectuate prin carduri de credit/debit Visa si Mastercard. Platile cu cardul sunt procesate prin Netopia Payments, furnizor de plata securizat in sistem “3-D Secure”. Pentru mai multe informatii despre Netopia Payments, va rugam sa consultati https://www.netopya-payments.com
Plata va fi debitata si procesata din contul dvs. dupa ce cardul si informatiile personale au fost aprobate si verificate. Comanda va fi acceptata in urma primirii unui e-mail de confirmare. In cazul in care emitentul cardului dvs. de plata refuza sa autorizeze plata catre HUMAN APJ, nu vom fi raspunzatori pentru intarzieri sau nelivrari.

De asemenea, puteti efectua un transfer bancar in contul nostru. Dupa plasarea comenzii dvs. veti primi un e-mail cu toate detaliile. Comanda dvs. va fi expediata dupa confirmarea platii.

CONDITII DE SCHIMB, RETUR SI ANULARE
Odata ce ati plasat o comanda pe site-ul nostru, nu mai puteti face modificari ulterioare. Daca doriti sa adaugati mai multe produse, trebuie plasata o noua comanda. In cazul in care doriti sa returnati articolele, trebuie sa verificati politica de retur.
Articolele cumparate de pe site-ul nostru pot fi returnate sau inlocuite in termen de 14 zile de la data livrarii si sunt insotite de factura si certificatul de garantie conform OUG nr.34/2014 in urma unei notificari scrise.
Articolele personalizate, articolele din campaniile de sale sau articolele deteriorate/modificate fata de starea initiala nu pot fi returnate sau schimbate.
Orice produs supus returului trebuie sa fie in starea originala, sa nu fie deteriorat, cu toate ambalajele si accesoriile originale atasate si acestea sa nu prezinte semne de uzura. Acceptam retururi numai din achizitiile efectuate prin intermediul site-ului www.HUMANAPJ.com.
Inainte de a expedia o comanda de retur, trebuie sa ne trimiteti un e-mail la ask@humanapj.com pentru a solicita o autorizatie de returnare. Va rugam sa mentionati numarul comenzii dvs. si numele articolului pe care doriti sa il schimbati sau sa il rambursati si motivul dvs. Dupa ce ati primit o confirmare de la noi, va rugam sa trimiteti pachetul la adresa de mai jos. Clientul este responsabil pentru taxa de expediere a returului, iar coletul trebuie sa fie primit de noi in termen de 14 zile de la data livrarii pentru a fi acceptat. Va rugam sa va asigurati ca utilizati un curier sau un serviciu inregistrat pentru a trimite inapoi bunuri si va sugeram sa asigurati bunurile, deoarece acestea sunt in grija dvs. si sunteti raspunzator pentru orice daune asupra acestora. In caz de neintelegeri, va recomandam, de asemenea, sa pastrati dovada returnarii, cum ar fi avizul postal sau awb-ul firmei de curierat. Retururile trimise fara consimtamantul nostru nu vor fi acceptate. HUMAN APJ va va contacta in termen de 5 zile lucratoare de la primirea bunurilor returnate. O rambursare (mai putin costurile de expediere) va fi emisa dupa ce produsele primite sunt verificate pentru un control al calitatii. Plata rambursului va dura intre 1 si 30 de zile pentru a ajunge in contul dvs. bancar. Inlocuirile/schimburile de produse sunt supuse disponibilitatii stocului. Timpul de re-livrare depinde de produsul ales daca este pe stoc sau trebuie facut pe comanda.
Daca sunteti interesat de schimbul cu un alt produs, va rugam sa returnati produsul catre HUMAN APJ urmand instructiunile de mai sus.
Rambursarea dvs. va fi creditata prin cardul sau contul utilizat initial pentru efectuarea comenzii. HUMAN APJ nu va rambursa costul de expediere pentru returnare (cu exceptia cazului in care am convenit altfel) sau taxele suplimentare si orice alte taxe care pot aparea la comenzile din afara UE.
In cazul aparitiei unor defecte tehnice in functionarea site-ului, ne rezervam dreptul anularii/amanarii tuturor comenzilor inregistrate pe durata de timp in care sistemul nu a functionat in parametrii obisnuiti.

INTRETINEREA PRODUSULUI
Toate piesele HUMAN APJ sunt lucrate manual in argint 925 in atelierul propriu. Argintul este considerat un metal moale care erodeaza usor. Produsele din argint oxideaza, sufera reactii chimice in mod natural atunci cand intra in contact cu oxigenul, umiditatea, produsele de infrumusetare sau cu un anumit PH al epidermei. Pentru a preveni acest lucru, va sugeram sa pastrati piesele intr-un loc uscat si intunecat, de preferinta intr-o punga tip ziplock. Folositi o laveta speciala pentru lustruit bijuterii pentru a curata piesa. Pentru o intretinere mai buna indepartati-va bijuteriile in timpul activitatilor casnice sau sportive (inot, exercitii fizice sau cand faceti baie si cand dormiti).
Bijuteriile placate cu aur se supun acelorasi instructiuni de intretinere, fiind si mai susceptibile la deteriorari. Pentru a prelungi durata de viata a bijuteriilor placate, trebuie acordata atentie expunerii la substante chimice si substante acide si trebuie manipulate cu grija. Spalati bijuteriile placate cu apa calda si sapun lichid, daca este necesar, curatand cu delicatete piesa. In functie de gradul utilizarii, oferim serviciul de reconditionare.

GARANTIA CALITATII
In cazul in care primiti un articol cu defecte de fabricatie, trebuie sa ne contactati in termen de 7 zile de la primire. Garantia de calitate HUMAN APJ acopera doar defectele de fabricatie. Se considera defecte de fabricatie: inele sau bratari dezlipite, pandante rupte, pietre cazute sau dezlipite, deformari mecanice. Vom inlocui sau repara orice produs care face obiectul clauzei noastre in termen de 14 zile lucratoare. Certificatul de garantie asigura posibilitatea de a schimba sau repara produsul achizitionat in termen de 24 de luni de la data achizitiei daca acesta prezinta defecte de fabricatie. Orice alte daune rezultate din nerespectarea instructiunilor noastre de intretinere (utilizare necorespunzatoare, zgarieturi, semne normale de uzura, lant rupt, decolorarea pieselor placate cu aur) nu vor fi acoperite de HUMAN APJ.
Oferim un serviciu de reparatii si de reconditionari pentru mentenanta pieselor. Pretul pentru acest serviciu variaza si se stabileste in functie de complexitatea si tipul de reparatie solicitat. Reparatiile si reconditionarile pieselor sunt servicii platite si nu fac parte din conditiile de garantia oferite de certificatul de garantie si autenticitate. Termenul de garantie este de 24 de luni de la data achizitiei produselor.
CERTIFICATUL DE GARANTIE SI CALITATE
Certificatul de garantie asigura clientului posibilitatea de a schimba sau repara produsele in termen de 24 de luni de la data achizitiei daca acestea prezinta defecte de fabricatie. Certificatul de garantie si calitate HUMAN APJ asigura drepturile consumatorilor fiind in conformitate cu legea nr.449/2003 privind vanzarea produselor si garantiilor asociate acestora si conform OG nr.21/1992 privind protectia consumatorului.
Drepturile consumatorului nu sunt afectate prin conditiile de garantie prevazute in certificatul de calitate emis de HUMAN APJ. HUMAN APJ este detinatoare a Autorizatiei eliberata de ANPC Nr. 0009418 pentru efectuarea de operatiuni cu metale pretioase si pietre pretioase. Prin certificatul de garantie si calitate emis va asiguram ca bijuteriile noastre sunt marcate in conformitate cu cadrul legislativ in vigoare astfel:
- Marca Autoritatii Nationale Pentru Protectia Consumatorului – ANPC
- Marca de responsabilitate a producatorului
- Marca de garantie proprie sau marca de titlu.
Orice reparatie la produsele aflate in termen de garantie se va efectua in mod gratuit daca se confirma faptul ca un defect de material sau de manopera a reprezentat cauza deteriorarii. Inainte de a expedia un produs cu defecte de fabricatie, trebuie sa ne trimiteti un e-mail la ask@humanapj.com pentru a solicita dreptul oferit de certificatul de garantie. Va rugam sa mentionati numarul comenzii dvs. si numele articolului pe care doriti sa il schimbati sau sa il reparati. Dupa ce ati primit o confirmare de la noi, va rugam sa trimiteti pachetul la adresa de mai jos. Clientul este responsabil pentru taxa de expediere a coletului. Va rugam sa va asigurati ca utilizati un curier sau un serviciu inregistrat pentru a trimite inapoi bunuri si va sugeram sa asigurati bunurile, deoarece acestea sunt in grija dvs. si sunteti raspunzator pentru orice daune asupra acestora. Dupa primirea produselor in termen de 14 zile lucratoare ne angajam sa inlocuim sau sa reparam produsele cu defectele de fabricatie.

In perioada de garantie, clientul HUMAN APJ beneficiaza de urmatoarele drepturi:
– de a fi protejati impotriva riscului de a achizitiona un produs neconform sau de a li se presta un serviciu care ar putea sa le prejudicieze viata, sanatatea sau securitatea ori sa le afecteze drepturile si interesele legitime
– dreptul la reparare sau inlocuire a produsului in cazul in care situatia o impune, in conditiile prevazute de lege
– de a i se aduce produsele la conformitate, fara plata, prin reparatie sau inlocuire, in functie de optiunea scrisa a clientului, cu exceptia cazului in care aceasta solicitare este imposibila sau contrazice termenii certificatului de garantie.
– de a fi informati complet, corect si precis asupra caracteristicilor esentiale ale produselor si serviciilor, astfel incat decizia pe care o adopta in legatura cu acestea sa corespunda cat mai bine nevoilor lor
– de a fi despagubiti pentru pagubele generate de calitatea necorespunzatoare a produselor si serviciilor, folosind in acest scop mijloace prevazute de lege
Calitatea conforma a produselor HUMAN APJ este un ansamblu de caracteristici care confera produselor aptitudinea de a satisface un nivelul inalt de exigente in design si un standard ridicat in alegerea tehnicilor de productie.

You do not necessarily have to create an account or sign up to our Newsletter, but it’s advisable that you do in order to benefit from future sales or exclusive collections or events.

Send us an email at ask@humanapj.com if you wish to engrave something on your piece and we will come back to you. The price for engraving varies on what you wish to have engraved. Please be aware that all customized pieces can’t be refunded or exchanged. For more info check our Refunds policy.

HUMANAPJ will dispatch your order within 72 hours of receipt of payment details – excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. Domestic Shipping
HUMAN APJ offers free standard shipping on all orders above 300 RON within Romania, delivered by Urgent Cargus, in 2-5 days. However, orders under this amount will be charged a shipping fee of 18 RON at checkout.

The shipping takes between 2 to 5 days in Europe, and up to 12 days in the rest of the World, depending on the country. The package will be brought to your door. Only in case the courier doesn’t find you at the address indicated, you will receive a notice, and you will have to pick up the package from the Acces Point.
Each purchase is insured by HUMAN APJ during the time of transit, from when it leaves our office until it is delivered to you.
Please note that shipments to rural areas may result in longer delivery times.
Duties and Taxes
Orders sent outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred. For details regarding arising taxes and duties for your country, please contact us at ask@humanapj.com

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of an order acknowledgement email. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to HUMANAPJ, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Once you have placed an order on our website you can not make further changes on it. If you would like to add more products, a new order must be placed. In case you want to return the item(s) you must check our return policy.
Items purchased from our website may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date and are accompanied by your invoice and a warranty certificate.
Custom made items, sale items or damaged/altered items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Any objects subject of return need to be in an unused condition, with all original packaging. We only accept returns from purchases made through our own website.
Prior to shipping a return package you must email us at ask@humanapj.com to ask for a return authorization. Please mention your order number and the name of the item you would like to exchange or refund and your reason. Once you have received a confirmation from us, please send the package to the address below. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, and the package must be received by us within time frame to be accepted. Please ensure that you use a courier or a registered service to send back goods and we suggest that you insure the goods as they are within your care and you are liable for any damages to them while in transit back to us. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of return, such as your postal receipt. Return items sent without our consent will not be accepted. HUMANAPJ will contact you within 5 working days after receiving the returned goods. A refund (less shipping costs) will be issued after the received items are checked for a quality control. The refund payment will take between 1 to 30 days to reach your bank account. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Should you be interested in exchanging for a different product, please return your item/items to HUMAN APJ following the instructions above and simply purchase the new piece separately on our website.
Your refund will be credited through the original card that was used to place the order. HUMAN APJ will not refund the return shipping cost (unless otherwise agreed by us) or additional duties, taxes that may occur on orders outside of the EU.
In case of website malfunction, we hold the right to cancel/postpone any orders that might have been placed in the time frame in which the website wasn’t working properly.

PRODUCT CARE
All HUMAN APJ pieces are handcrafted in sterling silver in our own studio. Silver is a soft metal which deteriorates easily. Silver products naturally tarnish when in contact with skin, oxygen, beauty products and other factors. In order to prevent that we suggest keeping it in a dry, dark place, preferably air tight plastic bag. Use a jewellery polishing cloth to clean the piece. Remove your jewellery while swimming, showering, exercising or sleeping for better care.
Gold plated jewellery applies by the same care instructions, being even more susceptible to damage. In order to prolongue the life of your plated jewellery, attention must be paid to exposure to chemicals and acidic substances and has to be handled with care. Wash plated jewellery with warm water and a bit of mild soap if necessary, using very gentle rubs. In case of wearing off we offer the service of re-plating.

QUALITY GUARANTEE
In case of receiving a faulty item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. HUMAN APJ’s quality guarantee only covers manufacturing defects, such as: broken pieces, unproperly soldered pieces, fallen gemstones, physical damage to the piece. We will replace/refund any products that are covered by our clause. Your warranty certificate allows you to repair or change your product within 24 months from your purchase if the piece shows manufacturing defects. Any other damage resulted from not following our care instructions (improper use, normal signs of aging, broken chain, faded gold plating) will not be covered by HUMAN APJ.
We offer a repair & maintenence service. The price for it varies depending on the evaluation of work that needs to be done and is not covered by the warranty card.

WARRANTY
Each HUMAN APJ piece comes with a warranty certificate which gives you the possibility to change or repair it within 24 months from purchase if there are any manufacturing defects. HUMAN APJ’s warranty certificate assures costumers rights according to law no.449/2003 regarding selling products and insuring them according to OG no. 21/1992 for customers rights.
Customers rights are not affected by our warranty card. HUMAN APJ is authorized to work with precious metals and gemstones by ANPC under the registration number 0009418 .Through it we assure that our jewellery is hallmarked accordingly to existing laws:
- ANPC mark
- Jewellers identification mark
- Purity of metal mark
All jewellery under the warranty period with production defects will be repaired free of charge. Before sending your piece to us you must email us at ask@humanapj.com to confirm with us the nature of your jewellery’s defect. Please mention in your email your order number and your articles name that you wish to repair or exchange. After you receive a confirmation from us you can send your parcel to the following address. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Please ensure that you use a courier or a registered service to send back goods and we suggest that you insure the goods as they are within your care and you are liable for any damages to them while in transit back to us. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of shipping, such as your postal receipt. After receiving the product we take up to 14 days to replace or repair it.

- Replacing or repairing any product bought from HUMAN APJ for freein case it complies to our policies and is still under warranty.
- To be correctly informed on our products and services, so that the customers decision is at its best interest.
- To be reimbursed for all faulty items caused by improper production.
